A slender lilac form, carved by hand, facet by facet, until the whole surface catches the light and moves with it. The colour isn't painted on. It lives inside the clay, soft and velvety all the way through.
Give it a single stem and it becomes a moment. Leave it empty and it becomes sculpture. Either way, it's the piece your eye keeps returning to.
For the bedside table. The bookshelf. The corner that's been waiting for something. Or beside a bigger piece, bringing the whole space into balance.
