RETURN POLICY

At Bianca Pintan, every course and ceramic piece is created and delivered with great care and intention. Please read the policy below carefully before purchasing.

Digital Courses & Workshops

All courses, workshops, and digital learning materials are digital products and provide immediate access upon purchase.

Because access is granted instantly and the material cannot be returned, all digital sales are final. Refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are not offered for change of mind, accidental purchase, or unused access.

If you experience difficulty accessing your course or navigating the platform, please contact me and I will gladly assist you so you can fully use the material.

Ceramic Pieces & Physical Artwork

Each ceramic piece is handmade and one-of-a-kind. I encourage thoughtful purchasing.

Returns are not accepted for change of mind.

If your artwork arrives damaged during shipping:
• Please email hello@biancapintan.com within 48 hours of delivery
• Include clear photographs of the packaging and the damaged item

Once reviewed, I will work with you on a fair resolution, which may include repair, replacement (if possible), or compensation.

Shipping, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by the destination country. These charges are not included in the purchase price and are the responsibility of the buyer.
