a few practical details
I pour a great deal of care, time, and knowledge into every course and every ceramic piece I create, and I want you to have the best possible experience.
This page offers a simple overview of how purchases, returns, and support work — and how to reach me if you need help at any point.
courses & digital workshops
All courses and workshops are digital products and provide immediate access to the full content upon purchase.
For this reason, all course sales are final and refunds are not offered. This helps protect the integrity of the work and the years of experimentation, development, and refinement that go into each course.
That said, I truly want you to feel supported and confident in your purchase. If you’re unsure where to begin, experience any issues accessing your content, or would like guidance navigating a workshop, please don’t hesitate to reach out — I’m always happy to help.
ceramic pieces & physical work
All ceramic pieces are carefully packed with great attention and experience. While damage during transport is very rare, if a piece does arrive damaged, please contact me as soon as possible so the issue can be resolved.
Returns are not accepted for change of mind. Each piece is made with intention and care, and I encourage thoughtful purchasing.
If an issue arises due to damage during shipping, I will always work with you to find a fair and supportive solution.
taxes & duties
For international orders, local taxes, customs duties, or import fees may be applied by the destination country upon arrival.
These charges are not included in the purchase price and are the responsibility of the recipient. I don’t have control over these fees, as they are determined by local customs authorities.
If you’re unsure whether duties may apply in your country, I recommend checking with your local customs office prior to purchasing.
