Colour Secrets Studio Pigments
From the studio of Bianca Pintan, creator of Colour Secrets — pigments that don’t just colour your work, they define it. High-fire, studio-tested, and unapologetically vibrant, each shade is your passport to bold statements or whisper-soft tones. This is colour as you’ve never worked with it before.
Our Colour Secrets Studio Pigments are the secret ingredient behind work that stops you in your tracks. Known in the trade as potter’s stains, these high-fire pigments are anything but ordinary.
Firing between Cone 6 (999°C) and Cone 10 (1305°C), they’ve been chosen for their purity, strength, and the way they respond in the kiln — with some shades able to handle the highest heat, others blooming perfectly in the lower range. They’re food-safe, lead-free, and endlessly adaptable: wedge them into clay bodies, stir them into liquid clay, or mix into glazes for colour that holds its own.
Want to experiment? Blend different pigments to create your own hues. Keep them raw and striking, or layer them into delicate, complex tones. They’re easy to work with, consistent in results, and a joy to experiment with.
Choose your colour. Choose your size (100g or 500g). Then let the kiln do the rest.
